- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, in stock items ship within one business day. Orders are shipped with Spee-Dee Delivery or UPS depending on delivery location. Delivery timeframe is in business days as no deliveries are made over the weekends. Customers living in the Midwest have the benefit of using Spee-Dee Delivery for a delivery company. See the map below for the Spee-Dee Delivery zones. Note, Spee-Dee is not able to deliver inside the city of Chicago. The green area is a 1 business day delivery, and the yellow is a 2 business day average delivery. Orders can be tracked at http://packages.speedeedelivery.com/.

- Returns are accepted within 30 days, only with prior authorization. Due to the nature of our products we require any return to unopened and in new condition. If you purchased a Flex polisher from us be sure to fill out the warranty form, all repair or warranty requests should be done directly with Flex North America.

- Orders are accepted online 24/7. Call 414-678-1CAR to place an order over the phone. If you do not reach us while we are in the office, leave a voice mail message and your call will be returned within one business day.

From time to time CCD will run promotional prices, these prices are only valid during the specified promotion timeframe.
